Arthritis is inflammation of a joint, the area of connection between bones at a point of movement. Arthritis causes pain, stiffness, and swelling in the joints and in surrounding tissue. Conditions associated with arthritis are: arthritis of the spine (ankylosing spondylitis), bone spurs, and systemic lupus (inflammatory connective-tissue disease).
Treatment depends on condition. Facet Joint Injection, Sarcoliac Joint Steroid Injection could be applied.

Bursitis is inflammation of a bursa or fluid-filled sac that reduces friction in areas where muscle tendons rub over bones. Bursitis produces pain with the movement of joints. It is usually caused by irritation from overuse. It may also be caused by an injury, gout, or rheumatoid arthritis. Common places to experience pain from bursitis are the shoulders, elbows, hips, and knees.
Treatment depends on condition. Facet Joint Injection, Sarcoliac Joint Steroid Injection could be applied.
